​Whether you are looking for white-glove service, barefoot sophistication, or something in between, you can expect a highly personalized planning experience designed around your preferences, pace, and priorities.  I work exclusively in premium + luxury travel and intentionally limit the number of clients I work with to ensure each journey receives exceptional care, attention, and detail.  With years of industry experience and strong relationships with top travel partners, I take care of the details that often get overlooked, anticipate needs before they arise, and advocate for you throughout the journey. The result is travel that feels easy, elevated, and genuinely tailored to you.

​Why don’t you list travel packages or prices on your website?

I don’t work from fixed inventory or pre-set packages. Every journey I design is custom curated based on your preferences, priorities, and travel style.  Pricing reflects the level of service, access, and personalization involved in delivering a seamless, refined travel experience. ​​Do you offer in-person consultations?

All clients begin with a complimentary phone consultation, which allows us to connect, explore your goals, and determine the best path forward.

The majority of planning can be conveniently handled via phone or virtual meeting.  For clients who prefer face-to-face, in-person meetings are available by appointment in the Lehigh Valley (PA) and Midtown Manhattan (NYC), after the initial consultation.

Do you book airfare?

Yes. ​I arrange domestic and international air travel as part of my full-service planning. Coordinating flights alongside accommodations and ground logistics allows for a more cohesive and well-managed itinerary.

​How is working with you different from booking on my own?

Online booking platforms are transactional.

What I offer is personal. I focus on fit, flow, and experience.

Yes. Planning fees apply, based on the scope, destination, and level of customization required. Any applicable fees are discussed transparently before services begin.

Do you offer travel insurance?

I strongly recommend travel insurance and can assist with securing coverage through reputable providers.

How far in advance should I plan?

For best availability:

• Peak travel periods: 6–12 months in advance

• Off-peak or flexible travel: 3–6 months in advance

Short-notice requests may be accommodated based on availability.

Traveler Responsibilities

While I manage planning and bookings, travelers remain responsible for:

• Valid passports and visas

• Meeting entry, exit, and health requirements

• Complying with local laws and regulations

• Reviewing travel documents and itineraries

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Request a consultation and we’ll cover:

• Your travel dates and ideal destination

• Group size, style, and any special requirements

• Investment range and must-have amenities

From there, I will craft a personalized itinerary with hand-selected accommodations, private experiences, and seamless logistics tailored exclusively to you.  No scrolling through hundreds of options. We'll refine the options together until we find the perfect fit.
